In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34\/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby published:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That the domain http:\/\/www.isinac.com, hereinafter Website, is registered in the name of ISINAC Acoustic World S.L.U. with office at Av. de Ram\u00f3n Nieto, 125-bajo, 36205 Vigo; holder of tax identification number ESB27853381 and DUNS number 468220358, hereinafter THE OWNER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Access to and\/or use of the Website https:\/\/www.isinac.com confers the status of user to the person doing so, who, from that very moment, fully and unreservedly accepts these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may, where applicable, supplement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISINAC Acoustic World S.L.U. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought as a result of the provision of the website service and its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, ISINAC Acoustic World S.L.U. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In accordance with the information society services law 34\/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility to stop receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the moment he\/she communicates his\/her wish by e-mail to info@isinac.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
