Cubes are not just functional objects: they are pieces that play with shape, colour and sound. Their design hides an internal structure that absorbs noise with great efficiency, while adding character and personality to any space. Suspended from the ceiling with our hanging accessories, they generate something hypnotic to the eye just like the golden pyrite cubes that appear among the rocks.
A shining example of the integration of these panels is the case of these public administration offices of the Ourense city council in Spain. The result was a change that was noticed and heard: conversations stopped bouncing around aimlessly and the atmosphere became more focused and productive. The cubes, covered in various shades of our ILUCS fabric, managed to control annoying reverberation and added a new visual identity, turning the functional into a design gesture.
