Chat assistant

If you write in the website's chat assistant, we save your question and the assistant's response to improve the service: this way we know what it did not know how to answer and we add the missing information. We do not save your IP address: it is only used to prevent abuse, for one minute and in the server's memory, never on disk. Nor do we link the conversation to any account. To link messages from the same conversation, when you send your first message, a random identifier ("isinac_chat_sesion") that does not identify you is saved in your browser's local storage.

Responses are generated by Google's artificial intelligence (Gemini API, paid service), which processes the conversation text on behalf of ISINAC Acoustic World S.L.U. as a data processor. In this paid service, Google does not use the conversations to improve its products. Google may process them outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Legal basis: your consent, when writing in the chat after seeing the notice. Retention: as long as they serve to improve the service. Anything referring to products we stop manufacturing is removed from the conversations (an internal copy remains, without emails or phone numbers, in case it needs to be undone) and, after 90 days, email addresses and phone numbers are removed from the messages. We ask that you do not write unnecessary personal data in the chat.

You can exercise your rights as indicated in this policy, also to have us delete your conversation (please indicate the date and what you wrote). Section added on October 3, 2026.
