Árbore da Veira, a Michelin Star restaurant with ISINAC
Chef Luis Veira's restaurant project is located next to the emblematic artillery batteries that protected the estuary of A Coruña, at the top of Mount San Pedro. Described as a small restaurant "between nature and the sea," it captivates with its panoramic character and tables that invite guests to enjoy the Herculanean city from the heights.
Árbore da Veira boasts a privileged view of the famous Tower of Hercules, and interior designer Iván Cotado's studio proposed a concept that includes ISINAC's professional acoustic absorption. Two-layer curtains made of PX210 non-woven fabric and our ILUCS were installed, 100% Trevira CS, which is sound-absorbing and the only fire-resistant polyester.
With an elegant finish, in addition to their great absorbent properties, the goal was also to take advantage of the soundproofing provided by these products to reorganize calm spaces while tasting haute cuisine creations. On the ceilings, ISINAC mineral foam panels were redesigned emulating the image of the sea and the estuary that you can admire.
The chef from A Coruña sought to put the five senses over the Atlantic with suggestive tasting menus featuring local produce. A unique, elegant, and effective project to enjoy the best Galician cuisine in a privileged setting.
