More and more schools are committing to solving the acoustics of their sports pavilions. It is a simple, fast, but above all effective change. Improving a pavilion, contrary to popular belief, does not involve major renovations: it is enough to listen to what is really needed. ISINAC mineral foam rectangles have completely transformed the pavilion of IES Terra de Turonio in Gondomar (Pontevedra).
Previously, during Physical Education class or afternoon sports activities, only commotion, children running and shouting, bouncing balls, whistles, and voices could be heard. Annoying noise bouncing back and forth against walls and ceilings without control. Since the small acoustic intervention, communication now flows better between teachers and students, between coaches and athletes. There is less listening fatigue and the atmosphere is much more pleasant for everyone.
