For a long time, the halls have suffered from the annoying echoes that turned classes and training sessions into noise chaos. It exhausted the patience of teachers and monitors and reduced learning. That has changed in the sports hall of the Rodeira secondary school in Cangas (Pontevedra) with an effective solution: rectangular grey mineral foam panels from ISINAC.
Strategically installed in walls and ceilings, they manage to eliminate reverberation with their geometry optimised to the design of the enclosure. They are capable of capturing noise and softening it, creating an acoustically balanced atmosphere that exponentially improves the interactions of its users, enhancing classes and sports activities.
It is no longer just about complying with regulations or making the pavilion sound better. It is about quality of life, well-being and taking care of every detail in the public spaces we frequent. A hall is now measured in metres, but also in decibels of acoustic comfort.
